A one-room cottage with exclusive wooden furniture, such as a queen-size bed, coffee-table and two padded stools. The room is decorated with an antique furnace. The bathroom has a shower cabin.
The cottage patio houses not only one separate parking lot, but a cozy furnished zone for outdoor relaxation.

When settling in hotel double rooms for more people, the following rates apply per person.
- Hotel rooms – 300.00 UAH.
- Rooms in cottages – 300.00 UAH.
- Additional bed linen – 200.00 UAH.
For group bookings, available discounts.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
- Food and drinks delivery to the room – 10% of the order cost.
- Waiter service in the recreation area «Coliseum» – 10% of the order cost.
- Using fireplace – 200.00 UAH.
- Settlement with pets in cottage №2, №4, №5, №6 is subject to an additional payment in the amount of 50% of the room rate.
